Dates use your device’s calendar. Business days are Monday to Friday.

How to add days to a date

Pick a start date, choose add or subtract, and enter a number of days, weeks, months, years or business days. The calculator shows the new date with its weekday, the day of the year and the week number.

Example: 90 days after 1 March 2027 is Sunday, 30 May 2027.

Days vs months

Adding 3 months is not the same as adding 90 days. Months follow the calendar: 3 months after 30 November is 28 February (or 29 in a leap year), because February has no 30th. Contracts and notice periods are usually given in months; returns, payment terms and visas often in days.

Business days

Choose business days to skip weekends — and public holidays, if you tick the option below the calculator. 10 business days after a Monday is the Monday two weeks later.
